Volt is immediately hiring a Safety Admin in San Diego, CA.

As a Safety Admin you will:

• Provide admin support and coordinate activities to a team of Safety individuals
• Coordinating Supplier Pre-Qualification Activities for all on site contractors.
• Provide administrative skills using MS Office 365 Applications
• Communicate with internal customers and outside suppliers to ensure adherence to Contractor Safety requirements.

This is a 6 12-month temp role, possibly longer with the ability to apply for all internal positions at any time during duration of role.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hours, hour lunch, flexible start time but something between 7am and 9am.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to proactively communicate via email and phone to external suppliers
• Fluent in using MS Office
• Any kind of purchasing/buyer type experience or safety administration is highly desired

Pay Rate: $30.00 to $31.00 Per Hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
