Job Responsibilities

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies that align with their functional objectives
• Implement Effective Interventions: Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic treatment
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to support continued improvement at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatment plans to keep patients aligned with their goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and advancement opportunities welcomed and supported

Licensure and Certifications

• Active OTR/L license required
• NBCOT certification mandatory
