Job Overview Sales Representative – 1000 Kreider Dr, Middletown, Pennsylvania 17057. TruGreen is hiring field sales representatives to meet homeowners, introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions and build lasting relationships. What You’ll Do Serve as the face of TruGreen when engaging homeowners face‑to‑face, understanding their needs and delivering custom lawn care solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach, customizing sales messages for each household and turning “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology. Log interactions, track performance in a CRM, and use data to manage activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell precisely, helping customers enhance their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (advanced credentials encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills—small talk, closing talk, and sincerity. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required. Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average weekly earnings $875–$1,200.
