Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Registered Dietitian to join our team supporting residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities throughout Northeast Ohio. This flexible part-time position offers approximately 24 hours per week, with an additional quarterly assisted living visit (approximately 4 hours per quarter). This position is ideal for an RD who enjoys working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality nutrition care and support positive resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Qualifications Active state licensure or certification, as applicable Strong organizational and time-management skills Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal background check TB screening Drug screening Competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, role scope, and location #J-18808-Ljbffr
