Account Manager
Join our growing State Farm agency in Austin as an Account Manager! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for helping customers with their insurance needs, building lasting relationships, and supporting our team's success. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and growing your career in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to retention and growth
Review policies with customers and make helpful coverage recommendations
Help resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and care
Proactively reach out to both new and existing customers (leads provided!)
Use your product knowledge to explain, recommend, and sell insurance options
Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
Strong people skills friendly, dependable, and a good communicator
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting goals
Willingness to engage in sales conversations and build new relationships

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
