Transportation Specialist

Transportation Specialist employees coordinate the transportation of our homes and components for each of our unique Cavco brands. Transportation Specialist follow specified engineering and safety processes that maximize the efficient delivering and setting of our high-quality products for our customers.

Coordinate pickups, deliveries and transportation schedules

Communicate with drivers, carriers and customers

Maintain transportation records and reports

High School, GED, trade school or equivalent

1-2 years experience in scheduling transports

Must be able to work independently.

Communicate effectively, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity

Works well as a member of a group

Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well

Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization

Inspired to perform without outside help
