Certified Nurse Aide Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Avir at Brady, a leading provider of exceptional care in Brady, Texas. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities Prepare, administer, and document medications under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and positioning Provide nursing functions as directed by the supervisor, including reading and following daily care plans Maintain accurate records and reports, including food intake and care provision Promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and government regulators Participate in training, educational activities, and staff meetings Assist with orientation and training of new staff Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in good standing with the State Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other associates Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18.56 Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others Collaborative and supportive work environment Ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr Avir Vista
