Salon General Manager

Neroli Salon and Spa is on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Salon General Manager to join our team in Brookfield. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic salon environment within the health and fitness industry.

As the Salon General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our clients. You will be responsible for managing staff, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining the salon's exceptional reputation. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage and train salon staff, fostering a positive team environment
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
• Maintain salon cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management is a plus
