About the Position

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:30 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid RRT license required Certifications: BLS, PALS, RRT Must-Have: - Previous experience in adult critical care - Proficient in various respiratory therapies and procedures Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. CRT candidates will not be considered. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. No call duties are expected. Floating within the facility may be necessary within the scope of practice. Candidates will be clinically screened to ensure clinical fit before moving to the final decision process. If one major holiday falls during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler must work both. If three major holidays are included, the traveler is expected to work two of them. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance is required to start on time; failures may result in delayed onboarding. Locals are accepted. No requests for time off can be made post-offer or onsite. All requests for time off must be finalized at the time of submission. All compliance documents are due by Tuesday prior to the contract start date. Modules required for onboarding must be completed during the orientation period, and they vary by specialty.
