Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Home Care Home Base experience
Home health experience
Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients
Licensed physical therapist able to practice in Texas

Weekend requirement: 1 weekend monthly
