Collection Representative
Friendly Finance Corporation
Job Description Perform the research, investigation, analysis, financial advising, and follow‑up work necessary for the collection of delinquent funds for automotive loans. Contact customers by phone and mail concerning delinquency, and review and analyze customer histories. Maintain productivity, quality and goal standards set by management. Understand federal and state rules, regulations and guidelines in order to make suitable payment arrangements or send required letters on delinquent loans. Locate lost borrowers utilizing skip‑tracing techniques. Qualifications High School diploma or GED Excellent communication, judgment and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task At least two years collection experience; auto experience preferred Additional Information EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
