Pay: $18.00 per hour

Drink Tech, Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative AI Tools & Business Automation Intern with some hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools. This paid internship offers an opportunity to create practical tools, workflows, templates, and resources that improve efficiency across our business operations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable experimenting with AI platforms, understanding a business need, and turning ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-assisted tools, templates, trackers, prompts, and workflows
• Identify repetitive tasks that may be improved through AI or automation
• Use platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar tools
• Assist with developing tools for operations, administration, reporting, project management, and employee training
• Test tools for accuracy, usability, and effectiveness
• Improve existing tools based on feedback from team members
• Prepare basic instructions, presentations, or training materials
• Research emerging AI tools and recommend practical business uses
• Maintain organized documentation of projects and completed work
• Protect confidential company, employee, and customer information

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Technology, or a related field
• Previous hands-on experience using AI tools for school, work, or personal projects
• Ability to provide examples of AI tools, automations, workflows, or projects previously created
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while receiving direction and feedback
• Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to changing business needs
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, automation platforms, or basic coding is a plus but not required
• Available to work on-site in Oxnard two to three days per week
