Mortgage Loan Originator

Insight Global is hiring for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with a large banking client. There are currently two openings, one in Louisville, KY and one in Evansville, IN. Day to day, you will be building and growing your own book of mortgage business within your local market. While you'll receive some warm referrals from the bank's business, private, and relationship bankers, most of your success will come from establishing your own personal network and brand in the community, partnering with centers of influence like realtors, and staying active in local organizations or boards. This is an entrepreneurial, production-based role where your income is directly tied to what you originate and close. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Evansville, IN.

Required Skills & Experience
- Roughly $10M in annual mortgage production (candidates in the $7-8M+ range will still be considered depending on overall strength), sustained for at least 1.5 years
- Strong self-starter mentality with a proven track record of building and growing a client base


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background in banking or financial institutions (preferred over brokerage firm experience, though strong brokerage candidates will still be considered depending on production history)
- An established personal network and centers of influence (realtors, community boards, networking groups) that support ongoing referral generation
