POSITION OVERVIEW

As a pivotal part of our mission, you'll be responsible for assisting our clients, guiding and supporting them throughout their journey with us. This isn't about sales, it's about service. Ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and understood is at the heart of your role.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records within our CRM.
• Showcasing an adeptness in understanding medical records, billing, and filing.
• Assisting with the seamless flow of documents, processes, and strategies for client success.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Experience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

While a HS Diploma or equivalency is welcome, what matters most to us is your character. Can you read and write in English? Communicate efficiently? Most importantly, are you eager to learn, grow, and passionately serve every single day? That's what we seek.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be available to work weekends

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour
