Installation HelperUp Closets of North Atlanta Metro is seeking a dependable and motivated Installation Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement into a Lead Installer role through hands-on training and experience. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn the installation trade. This position is ideal for someone interested in carpentry, cabinetry, construction, or skilled trades.ResponsibilitiesAssist Lead Installers with the installation of custom closet and storage systemsLoad, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sitesHelp maintain clean and organized work areasUse hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyAssist with measuring, leveling, assembling, and installing closet componentsHelp ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company quality standardsCommunicate professionally with team members and customersRequirementsStrong work ethic and willingness to learnReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the dayDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable using basic hand tools and power toolsGood attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPositive attitude and professionalism in customers' homesPreferred QualificationsExperience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, moving, warehouse work, or related fields is a plus, but not requiredBasic familiarity with hand tools and measuring toolsInterest in developing skills in cabinetry and installation workGrowth Opportunity This position is designed to develop into a Lead Installer role for candidates who demonstrate reliability, craftsmanship, leadership, and strong installation skills.
