Join a production team that prizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork. As our Bobst Die-Cutting Press Operator, you’ll run advanced Bobst equipment to transform specifications into perfectly cut products. If you love dialing in machines for flawless results and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Configure and operate Bobst die-cutting presses to achieve top-tier quality.
- Continuously monitor run conditions, making precise adjustments for optimal throughput and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
- Interpret job tickets, blueprints, and specs to ensure every detail is correct.
- Keep your station orderly and compliant with safety standards and company procedures.
- Partner with teammates to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Record production metrics and promptly escalate any concerns to leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing/manufacturing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with die cutting equipment; Bobst experience strongly preferred.
- Mechanical savvy and strong troubleshooting capability.
- Ability to read and apply technical documents and blueprints.
- Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime as needed.
