We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Honolulu, Hawaii and surrounding territories. Key Responsibilities Identify and implement event/activity plans for the territory, building awareness of online academic programs in education, healthcare, and business, and driving inquiry generation. Shape high‑impact partnerships for the territory and execute daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value. Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, families, and partners, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, championing the GCE mission and promoting Grand Canyon University student success. Operate independently, using critical thinking skills to support prospective students through the admissions process and guide them toward a successful online learning experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree No delinquent or defaulted federal student loan (credit report verified). Outstanding time management skills, able to prioritize competing priorities while traveling. Clear communication and listening skills, comfortable communicating in person, in writing, and on the phone. Self‑motivation and drive to succeed, taking ownership of interactions with students. High emotional intelligence, able to demonstrate empathy when coaching a diverse group of students. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record; willingness to use a personal vehicle and availability for evenings and weekends. Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Bonus: experience with CRM tools.
