About the Position

Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room RN – Texas

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Tomball, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 1:1 patient ratio, weekend and on-call requirements two weeks per month, night shift on-call only

Highlights:

• 10 operating rooms and a cystoscopy suite specializing in cardiovascular and vascular procedures
• Focus on both on-pump and off-pump CABG, vascular bypass, carotid endarterectomy, and PPM revision
• Collaborative team environment with 28 staff members including circulators, surgical techs, and anesthesia support
• EMR system: Expanse
• Position available for an experienced CV OR nurse ready to contribute to a high-performing surgical team

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 3 years of recent cardiovascular surgery experience required
• On-pump and off-pump CABG experience required
• Vascular surgery and CV OR experience preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
