What You’ll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing no-cool/no-heat calls on split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers and mini-splits. Troubleshooting electrical faults: capacitors, contactors, relays, control boards and low-voltage wiring. Checking refrigerant pressures, calculating superheat and subcooling, performing recovery, evacuation and charging to spec. Executing airflow, static pressure readings and thorough seasonal tune-ups. Performing system changeouts and new equipment installs to high quality standards. Documenting job notes, photos and system readings accurately in our digital job app. Who We’re Looking For Experience : 3+ years running residential HVAC service calls. Certifications : Active EPA 608 Certification required (NATE certification is a major plus). Skills : Strong diagnostic ability (diagnose before replacing) and excellent homeowner communication. Requirements : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to work in attics, crawlspaces and Mississippi summer heat. Mindset : Dependable, coachable and willing to participate in a fair peak-season on-call rotation. Competitive Pay : $22.00 – $50.00+ / hour (based on experience, certifications and skill) + clear path to Performance-Based Pay.
