Join Golden Years In-Home Senior Care!
We're seeking compassionate, kind, dependable, and personable individuals who have a desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to the aging seniors.
Your Role:
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
• Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
Job Requirements:
• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
Responsibilities:
• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
Benefits:
• $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
• Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts
• Flexible schedules
Schedule:
• Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available
