Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE You can’t buy product if it’s not on the floor, right? As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Keep product moving effectively and in a timely manner through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Master the Stockroom, maintaining efficient and productive organization of merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan and take action to correct it. Assist teammates with non‑stock‑related tasks or with guests whenever needed. Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
