Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate impactful and positive change in clients' mental health journeys.
- Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethical practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners to deliver holistic care and leverage diverse expertise for optimal client outcomes.
- Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions to refine your skills and enhance treatment strategies, ensuring adherence to the latest therapeutic advancements.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, offering insights into mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources that promote recovery and resilience.
- Continuously stay informed about recent developments in mental health research and therapeutic methodologies to provide top-notch, evidence-based care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing emotional and mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and substance use issues. By utilizing your expertise, you will guide patients through their recovery, offering personalized therapeutic strategies that empower them to lead more fulfilled lives.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques, with the ability to customize treatment frameworks to suit the diverse needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits
