Apartment Maintenance Tech

Job Description

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will provide essential maintenance and repair services for multi-unit apartments and single-family homes, ensuring safe and functional living environments. Working independently or within a small team, the technician will utilize a variety of tools and software to manage tasks effectively, handle emergency calls as needed, and maintain property systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems
Conduct safety inspections and troubleshoot issues promptly
Manage inventory of tools and replacement parts
Respond to emergency maintenance requests occasionally
Execute preventive maintenance to reduce future repairs
Maintain accurate records using mobile app-based tracking and maintenance management software

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience in apartment maintenance
Technical certification in HVAC or Electrical systems
Valid driver’s license
Strong HVAC and troubleshooting skills
Effective time management abilities
Inventory management experience
