Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am to 2:30pm

We are seeking a skilled TIG (GTAW) Welder with a minimum of 2+ years of welding experience or equivalent technical welding training to join a manufacturing/fabrication team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality welds on precision components in accordance with engineering drawings and applicable industry standards. What You'll Do:

• Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on components in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Read and work from assembly drawings and specifications to ensure welds meet design requirements
• knowledge of ASME standards to ensure welds meet applicable codes and quality requirements
• Perform orbital welding and operate welding lathes as needed
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
• Follow written work instructions and maintain accurate documentation of completed work
• Utilize basic computer skills to log production data and access work instructions
• Lean manufacturing principles and SAP system knowledge to support efficient operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility safety standards
• Lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with welding and fabrication work

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of TIG (GTAW) welding experience or technical welding training required

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and work from assembly drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of ASME standards; certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Experience with orbital welding and welding lathes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow work instructions
• Lean manufacturing and SAP experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
