Kitchen Team MemberThe responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures to satisfy restaurant demand and exceed customers' expectations.ResponsibilitiesMaintains verbal communication with FOHMonitors the quality of foodMarinating and breading chickenEnsuring chicken is properly inspectedFollowing receipts accordinglyEnsures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standardsFollow protocol chicken forecastFiltration of the oil to ensure quality standardsThoroughly clean equipmentMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and proceduresQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar rolesAbility to lift and push 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periodsFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policiesMust be able to produce authorized U.S. work documentsExpected BehaviorsHave contagious energyBe a team playerMust have great interpersonal communication skills to work with othersProactively help where it is most needed in the restaurantPay RateUSD $14.50/Hr.
