Marketing AI Prompting and Automation Engineer

Marketing AI Prompting and Automation Engineer Full‑time | Remote | Salary $200,000+ with bonuses. Hyros is looking for an AI Prompting and Automation Engineer to optimize our AIR AI agent, improve client revenue, design new agents, and train others. What You’ll Do Optimize the AIR AI agent for customers to improve results. Add new AI automations for large clients. Diagnose failing accounts and realign their AI agent to achieve 3‑5% revenue gains. Be the expert in prompting and create default easy settings and strategies for smaller customers. Help the team strategize new ways to apply the AIR agent to increase revenue. Train other agents and lead a team whose role is improving results. Detect problems and errors in AI messaging and collaborate with engineers to adjust them. Leadership & Team Building After initial execution, you will have the opportunity to build out your own team. Requirements Long experience writing high‑conversion email marketing copy. Extremely familiar with LLMs and marketing AI for content creation. Knowledge of AI agents and email automation workflows. Attention to detail and obsessive optimization mindset. Compensation Base salary: negotiable based on experience. Significant performance bonuses.
