The Product Sales Specialist plays a key role in educating customers about our products and their uses, engaging with local businesses, and supporting sales growth both in-store and online. This position involves close collaboration with the marketing team to enhance business strategies while managing inventory and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale. On-the-job training will be provided, and the role focuses on achieving revenue targets without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product features and usage
• Engage with local businesses to expand sales opportunities
• Greet and assist customers upon entry
• Collaborate with marketing to improve sales and business outcomes
• Receive, count, and break down inventory deliveries
• Stock shelves to maintain product availability
• Operate registers and handle sales transactions
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and retail best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Proficiency in customer service and communication
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong inventory management skills
• Knowledge of effective sales techniques and product knowledge
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer and business needs
