Residential & Commercial HVAC Field Service MechanicIs this you?
- Do you love solving tough comfort problems for homeowners and local businesses?
- Are you confident commissioning brand-new systems and fine-tuning performance?
- Do you hold an EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license?
- Would you thrive in an employee-owned company in Durango, CO?
- Service Scope: Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Commissioning: Start up and commission new equipment, verify operation, and document results.
- Customer Focus: Explain findings, set expectations, and ensure a great experience.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with installers and fellow techs to hit timelines and standards.
- Availability: Take part in an after-hours on-call rotation.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- EPA Certification.
- Driver’s license (required).
- Clear communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work solo in the field and collaborate with the crew.
- Location: Durango, CO (full-time)
- Compensation: Up to $40/hr
