Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise clinical services, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to help children reach their full potential. Compensation & Schedule P/T and F/T roles available Choose your own schedule Growth potential Choose your own clients PTO Insurance Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care. Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment as needed. Partner with families, schools, and other providers to support each child's success. Complete documentation accurately and maintain BACB and HIPAA compliance. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
