J.J.’s Auto Service Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping people, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Schedule appointments and assist with general customer inquiries

Check customers in and notify service advisors of their arrival

Process customer payments and provide receipts

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Perform light administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry

Assist the management and service teams with additional office tasks as needed

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required

Automotive experience is helpful but not required

Schedule Requirements

Part-time position working 2–3 days per week

Must be available to work every Wednesday and Sunday

A third weekday shift may be scheduled based on business needs
