Floating Assistant Community Manager – Affordable Housing (LIHTC) | Charlotte, NC AreaPosition SummaryLSA Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager with affordable housing (LIHTC) experience to support daily operations at one of our Charlotte-area communities. This role is ideal for a property management professional who enjoys balancing compliance, resident relations, occupancy performance, and operational excellence while preparing for future leadership opportunities.Why Join LSAGrowing from 4,000 units toward 10,000 units by 2030. Mission-driven culture, competitive benefits, and meaningful resident impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport property operations and resident satisfaction • Assist with LIHTC compliance, resident files, and recertifications • Monitor occupancy, rent collections, and budget performance • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors • Support team development and community engagement initiativesRequired Qualifications3+ years multifamily property management experience • REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year hands-on LIHTC/Tax Credit experience • 1+ year Assistant Community Manager experience • Experience with resident recertifications and compliance documentation • RealPage, Yardi, OneSite, or similar software preferredIdeal Candidate ProfileExperienced affordable housing professional seeking growth into a Community Manager role, with strong operational, financial, leadership, and resident relations skills.What Will Set You ApartYears of multifamily experience? 2.
