About Help Services Help Services is an on-demand service marketplace that connects customers with verified local vendors for home and professional services — including cleaning, maintenance, religious/ceremonial services, event catering, and more. We operate across iOS, Android, and Web with a full-featured booking, payment (Stripe), and vendor management platform. The Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Lead to drive growth, streamline day-to-day operations, and build the Help Services brand from the ground up. What You’ll Do Marketing Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire both customers and vendors Manage digital marketing channels — social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid ads Create compelling content that highlights our services, vendor stories, and customer value Track and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights (CAC, conversion rates, retention) Build partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and event organizers Manage brand identity, messaging, and public-facing communications Operations Oversee vendor onboarding, verification workflows, and quality standards Monitor order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and vendor performance metrics Coordinate with the admin team on service catalog management Improve operational processes — from booking flow to payout cycles Handle escalations and work with support (Zoho SalesIQ) to resolve issues Identify opportunities to expand into new service categories and markets What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in marketing, operations, or growth at a marketplace or startup Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms Strong organizational skills — comfortable juggling vendor relations, campaigns, and process improvement simultaneously Data‑oriented mindset; you measure what matters and iterate fast Excellent communication skills — you’ll be the voice of the brand Familiarity with two‑sided marketplaces or gig economy platforms is a plus Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Full-time) #J-18808-Ljbffr HelpMobileApp
