Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes, identify pain points, gather stakeholder needs, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Design new or improved system solutions, create workflow charts, and recommend hardware/software.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT/development teams, ensuring alignment.
Oversee system implementation, conduct testing (including UAT), troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates.
Prepare technical reports, process specifications, and system guides.
Problem-solving & Critical Thinking
