Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes, identify pain points, gather stakeholder needs, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Design new or improved system solutions, create workflow charts, and recommend hardware/software.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT/development teams, ensuring alignment.
- Oversee system implementation, conduct testing (including UAT), troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates.
- Prepare technical reports, process specifications, and system guides.
