We are seeking a Railing Installer to join our team! As a Rail Installer, you will be traveling to different job sites, inspecting the area, and installing a variety of different rail projects based on the client's needs, including residential/commercial decks, interior rails, exterior rails, gates, spiral staircases, variety of staircases, and fencing. You will also be maintaining a safe, clean work environment, and conversing with the customer/general manager of projects. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. No welding required. Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites, install rail per prints provided, and keep the job site clean.
- Read prints and lists to be sure everything is needed for the job is on the truck and ready to go
- Accurately and safely install product of many types, with strong attention to detail
- Communicate professionally and effectively with the clients and answer any questions they may have.
- Communicate with the team with questions and issues.
- Keep install truck clean, organized and report any issues to the repair team on truck issues and trailer issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines to foster a safe work environment
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pull and back-up a trailer
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well independently or within a team
- The ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely
