About You In a manufacturing role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Your Job Operating a machine that produces high‑quality products for a quarter of the world’s population is a hard job, but it’s worth it when you’re recognized, supported, and see your work in use. In this role, you will run technologically advanced, high‑speed manufacturing equipment and collaborate with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. You will maintain equipment associated with the production, packaging, and distribution of Kimberly‑Clark products through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance. The role is part of Kimberly‑Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products essential to millions of lives around the world, located here in Ogden, UT. Qualifications 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent with state or US Department of Education accreditation. 1+ years of continuous work experience. Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Successful completion of a pre‑employment assessment, drug and background screening. Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test (PAT). The position is eligible for overtime pay and available pay increases within the first year. A full benefits package, including 401(k) and profit‑sharing, is also available.
