Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, or Critical Care Medicine
• Proven experience in neonatal intensive care and pediatric critical care settings
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Experience in teaching or mentoring medical trainees
• Research experience or specialized training in neonatal-perinatal or critical care medicine
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics followed by a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a neonatal ICU or pediatric critical care environment

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on 05/29/2026
• Willingness to serve as backup NICU MD on call as needed
• Participation in continuing education and compliance with hospital credentialing policies
• Ability to travel if required for professional development or institutional needs
