More about our team Our Rehabilitationunit is17-beds, and our team provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and reports to the Director or Manager of Department. How you'll contribute Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments Whatwe'relooking for: Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.Additionalrequirements include: BLS Required ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred One year of experience preferred Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
