We custom design and manufacture interior and exterior decorative fiberglass reinforced polymer (FTP) ornamentation for the restoration, reproduction and new construction industries. Position Overview AFI is looking to hire Finish Carpenter Employees to help our business continue to grow. This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate with professionalism. Requirements EXPERIENCE USING TABLE SAWS, CHOP SAWS, BAND SAWS SANDERS, AND OTHER ELECTRIC OR AIR POWER TOOLS.

WE WILL TRAIN ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THIS JOB.

All that is needed to become an AFI employee is the willingness to learn and the desire to put forth your best efforts. Responsibilities This work involves building patterns from sketches/drawings. Employees will also build frames for molds and make side boards, split boards, stop-offs for patterns and molds. Employees will also need to know general carpentry work. Employee will be responsible for cleaning his/her area after use and general housekeeping plus any other duties that the Supervisor may request.
