Commercial RooferPosition at TMR Roofing Overview Join our well-established Western PA commercial roofing team. As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for tear off, installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing structures, contributing to the success of large-scale construction and restoration projects. We are committed to providing a paid position with benefits that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipmentPrepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, patching, or replacing damaged materials to ensure proper adhesion and longevityPerform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, insulation, and other roofing components safely and efficientlyApply caulking, sealants, or other waterproofing agents to prevent leaks and enhance roof durabilitySkillsExperience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery used in roofing projectsKnowledge of various roofing materials including metal, membrane, asphalt shingles, and built-up systemsFamiliarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safelyHands-on experience with restoration work or remodeling projects involving roofing componentsWe're looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their craft in a demanding career.
