This position is being hired to take over managing the firm within a few years. Must be a success driven individual looking to take on responsibility for quality and continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and help with bookkeeping, payroll and income tax preparation.
- Prepare, review and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Utilize accounting software to input and organize financial data
- Analyze financial concepts and apply tax laws to ensure compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries and resolving any tax-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tax Preparer-Manager/Consultant
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as Quickbooks, ACS, etc
- Excellent analytical skills to accurately analyze financial data
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
