Job Description Title: Audit Manager – Healthcare Industry Vertical. Audit Manager with experience in the Healthcare industry vertical, responsible for managing multiple audit engagements and leading a team of professionals. Responsibilities Maintain client relationships across a variety of clients, building and sustaining positive engagements. Lead multiple audit teams, providing performance feedback to all members at the conclusion of engagements. Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving issues promptly as they arise. Promote new ideas and business solutions to extend services to existing clients. Continuously learn about the latest industry developments, firm standards, and policies. Monitor industry trends and assess their impact on clients’ competitive positioning. Qualifications 5+ years of recent public accounting external audit experience within the Healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience auditing Healthcare clients. Strong organizational, communication, technical, time‑management, accounting and auditing skills to manage multiple engagements and teams. Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, staff, and colleagues across all levels. Capable of multi‑tasking while planning, executing, and wrapping up concurrent engagements. Proven experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them to complete assigned tasks. Licensed CPA in the home office state (or ability to obtain a reciprocal license). Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to client sites. Compensation Salary range: $91,400.00 – $186,900.00 per year.
