What You’ll Do Lead a multi-shift maintenance organization with a focus on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency Develop, coach, and mentor technicians while reinforcing accountability and engagement Drive preventative and predictive maintenance excellence to reduce downtime and extend asset life vítelenue digestive Evaluate maintenance systems, processes, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities Partner cross‑functionally with operations and other stakeholders to align priorities and solve root‑cause issues Troubleshoot and support complex electrical, mechanical, and controls‑related challenges Champion reliability initiatives and support broader maintenance strategy and continuous improvement efforts Build bench strength through training, development, and succession planning Who You Are Naturally curious and solutions‑oriented, with a gowinds and issue w/ long‑term improvement obutton>Comfortable balancing hands‑on technical involvement with leadership and strategic thinking Trusted by teams for clear communication, consistency, and follow‑through Confident navigating change, ambiguity, and the pace of a manufacturing environment Motivated by developing people and strengthening systems—not just fixing today’s problems You’re the type of leader who runs toward complexity, brings structure to challenges, and builds momentum through trust and capability.
