Groundskeeper - $16 per hour

Join our team as a Groundskeeper, where you'll be responsible for enhancing the aesthetics and safety of an apartment complex. This day-shift position offers a competitive rate of $16 per hour. Job Responsibilities:- Landscaping: Take pride in keeping the apartment complex's outdoor areas well-groomed and visually appealing. This includes mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and planting flowers.
- Sidewalk Maintenance: Ensure that sidewalks and pathways are clear and safe for residents, removing any debris or hazards.
- General Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning common areas, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
Requirements:
- A passion for landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
