Home Remodeling company in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Lead Carpenter. Must have at least 10 year's experience in residential construction and remodeling. MUST be motivated, dependable, detail oriented and hard working. MUST have a valid driver's license and MUST be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Pay is based on experience and is negotiable.

Responsible To: Supervisor/Superintendent
Supervises: Helper(s)
Purpose of Position
To perform all carpentry or repair tasks needed to adequately complete jobs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Keep job sites clean & safe
Keep all shop areas & trucks clean & organized
Assist with loading & unloading materials and equipment
Report any damaged equipment to the appropriate supervisor
Perform all carpentry duties needed to complete each job (Includes demo, framing, trim, drywall, concrete, insulation & cabinetry, etc.)
Compile daily material list for each job
Utilize and supervise helper(s) in a professional and beneficial manner
Responsibility varies from carpentry to painting, etc.
Results Expected
1. Do whatever is asked by the Supervisor in a timely, professional & high-quality manner.
2. Do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. TEAMWORK!! Must be able to work with all members of the staff in an efficient and smooth manner of operation.
4. Must have the ability to solve minor problems that may occur in day-to-day operations.
5. Must be able to deal with the customers personally on a one-on-one level.
6. Must be willing to learn new tasks and trades as needed.
7. Must be able to handle the responsibilities of completing a project from start to finish.
8. Must adhere to all Company Rules and Policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
