Operator I - 2nd Shift

Our client, a medical device manufacturer, is seeking an Operator I - 2nd Shift to join their team. As an Operator I - 2nd Shift , you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting production operations within a manufacturing cell. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality , a focus on safety , and the ability to follow detailed procedures —all of which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operator I - 2nd Shift Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Range: $28 Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm What's the Job? Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell by performing assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. Work under close supervision while completing routine assignments using specified and/or standardized procedures, with work closely and continually reviewed. Ensure relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate, complete, and up to date. Communicate clearly with manufacturing management and internal/external customers (including tours) using written and oral communication. Follow safety guidelines at all times, utilize appropriate safety devices, and participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives to support quality and profitability metrics. What's Needed? Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures, and understand and follow verbal instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records to support traceability, traveler/quality documentation accuracy, and timely resolution of quality issues. Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing (a basis understanding is required). Ability to use electronic data collection systems and computer software packages. Ability to prioritize work by sequencing and timing jobs based on precedence and importance, while handling and maneuvering small components and parts. What's in it for me?
