Corporate Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across key business functions, including Marketing and Finance. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiting professional with strong sourcing expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The successful candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional-level positions across Marketing, Finance, and other corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and establish recruitment timelines.
- Drive recruiting efforts aligned with workforce planning initiatives and approved headcount requirements.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, agencies, and other sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches, to uncover hard-to-find talent.
- Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication, interview coordination, and timely feedback.
- Guide hiring managers through interview best practices and candidate evaluation processes.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive hiring trends to support informed hiring decisions.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted recruiting partner.
Recruiting Operations & Compliance
- Utilize Workday and other recruiting technologies to manage requisitions, candidate activity, and recruitment workflows.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support reporting and recruiting metrics to track hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to established recruiting processes and documentation standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on labor market trends, industry developments, and talent availability within supported functions.
- Analyze recruiting data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate engagement, and overall talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing responsibilities.
- Proven experience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized positions in competitive talent markets.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search methodologies and advanced candidate identification techniques.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance best practices.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment strategy and decision-making.

- Experience recruiting within large, matrixed, or project-based organizations.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced recruiting environment.
