Position Overview Hiring a Senior Engineer to lead technical delivery and/or client relationships in the Raleigh/Charlotte market. This person will represent the firm externally, lead project teams, and mentor engineers. Role can be aligned to Technical Leadership or Client Leadership , depending on strengths. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary client contact across NC. Lead project meetings and industry engagement. Support BD in K‑12, commercial, and institutional markets. Technical & Project Leadership Oversee structural design for education, commercial, and institutional buildings. Provide high‑level technical review and QA/QC. Lead projects from concept to completion. Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers. Use Revit, RAM, RISA, and similar platforms. Team & Culture Contribute to a collaborative, development‑focused culture. Support long‑term planning as the NC workload grows. Qualifications Required: BS/MS in Civil or Structural Engineering PE (SE preferred) 10-15+ years structural building experience Proven project and client leadership Preferred: Existing NC client relationships (K‑12, higher ed, commercial, data centers) Background with strong structural firms Ability to step into leadership quickly Why Join?
