Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a dynamic team to meet service and quality standards
Create a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment for all team members
Develop employees through coaching and training to achieve long-term growth goals
Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
Ensure exceptional guest relations and uphold Freddy's renowned hospitality

Skills & Experience

Proven restaurant management or leadership experience with a focus on guest service and team development
Strong financial acumen including experience with sales reports, P&L, and labor management
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse team
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with xcel software and scheduling
Passionate about driving sales growth and profitability

Physical Requirements

Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, and weekends
Capable of standing or walking up to 10 hours per shift and lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
