We're looking for candidates interested in Commercial Lines to support our agency in critical support services upholding Winter-Dent's reputation for excellent customer service and partnering with Account Managers to help execute the servicing of commercial accounts.

THE ROLE

• Manage the Select Commercial Certificates email inbox and process certificate requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Process, verify, and issue endorsements in Applied EPIC on behalf of the Account Manager until licensed, for applicable accounts
• Issue and distribute evidence of insurance and auto ID cards to clients through Applied EPIC, as assigned
• Attach audit documentation in Applied EPIC and distribute audits to clients
• Process notices of cancellation and reinstatement, as assigned
• Review carrier websites for payment information on pending accounts, as directed by the Account Manager
• Maintain accurate and complete account documentation in Applied EPIC
• Respond to incoming client and agency communications and assist with directing questions and requests to the appropriate team members

• Manage an assigned small book of commercial insurance accounts, with a focus on monoline Auto, General Liability, and Workers' Compensation policies
• Provide timely and accurate account servicing while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Coordinate with Account Managers and other team members to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently
• Identify and escalate account issues or service needs to the appropriate Account Manager

• Serve as a member of the Front Desk Coverage group
• Provide front desk coverage by answering and directing routed agency phone calls
• Provide daily lunch coverage and assist with mail runs
• Provide PTO coverage for team members as needed
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and helpful experience for clients, carriers, and agency partners

• Support New Business Account Manager, as requested, with creating new business accounts and setting up policies in Applied EPIC
• Enter applications and other required information into Applied EPIC accurately and efficiently
• Assist with gathering and organizing information needed to establish new business accounts
• Conduct marketing and rating activities as requested
• Partner with Account Managers and other internal teams to support the successful setup and servicing of new accounts

• Maintain organized and accurate records within the agency's CRM, Applied EPIC
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers and other agency team members to provide consistent, high-quality client service
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• You have your Property & Casualty (P&C) license acquired upon hire or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• You have 2+ years of insurance industry preferred, but not required
• You have proven experience in roles that require multi-tasking, high attention to detail, organization, and emphasis on confidentiality
• You have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, build meaningful connections, and calmly de-escalate situations of frustration
