Cargo Agent organizes warehouse and storage facilities; arranges warehouse handling equipment and loads/unloads air cargo, while maintaining the required safety and quality standards as well as comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies. The expected pay rate is $19.75/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities:

• REQUIRED - Drivers License
• Forklift Certified to load/unload air cargo from/to trucks
• Prepare and palletize cargo as needed
• Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct
• Assure proper handling and delivery of cargo and operation of related equipment
• Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations
• Comply with Swissport Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours and lift 60lbs repetitively
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of warehouse and equipment as necessary
• Open to perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Your profile:

• High School Diploma
• Valid driver's license
• Good command of the English language both verbal and written
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible working hours
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer focus and quality awareness
• Must be able to work in inclement weather
